I connect to your computer securely over the internet using trusted remote access software. You'll be able to watch everything I do on your screen in real-time. It's completely safe, and you stay in control the entire time.
Absolutely. The connection is encrypted and secure. You can see every action I take on your screen, and you can end the session at any time. I never access files or folders unless it's necessary to fix your issue, and I always ask first.
If I can't resolve your issue, you pay nothing. That's my no fix, no fee guarantee. I'll also point you in the right direction for what to try next.
Sessions are $69, or $59 if you're 60 or older. This covers up to 30 minutes of support. You only pay after your issue is resolved.
You may need to download a small, free remote access tool. I'll walk you through it step-by-step — most people are connected within 2 minutes. It's completely safe and you can remove it after our session.
I'm available weekdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Central Time. I'm closed on Sundays.
I can help with both Windows PCs and Macs, as well as iPhones, Android phones, and tablets. Most common tech issues are similar across platforms.
Payment happens after your issue is resolved. I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. You only pay if I successfully fix your problem.
